Process

Look at this, it's already Friday again. Time moves way too fast when you're doing things you love. How is everyone feeling?? It is SO hot in Los Angeles right now, SO HOT. Danny and I were trying to shoot blog pictures and we could only shoot two looks because it was not fun at all. My makeup was melting off, my whole body was sweaty, all bad! I love this dress from Debs Shop, it's the perfect dress to throw on, dress up or dress down. I love how much my style evolves. I used to only dress bohemian and southwestern when I was younger, now I'm starting to love it again!

I always like to talk a little bit about something I learned that week about myself or something from a situation I went through. This week I allowed my mood, vibe, time to be completely derailed by someone else. I spent a lot of time worrying, having anxiety about what was going on and why hadn't we worked it out. It was exhausting. We worked past the issue, that was SO minimal compared to what my mind was making out of the situation. Something that surprised me was how easily thrown off I was, how much I depended on that other person to be okay. I feel like I have spent hours, days, years working on being okay with myself and being strong in my convictions. This was a wake up call to spend more time on myself, to know it's a process and be okay with that. The journey of self love and self discovery is one that is life long and that is absolutely alright ++

  1. I am just LOVING those photos! Your dress looks great against the cacti! Lol. Do you ever have trouble wearing short, flowy dresses on windy days? My breasts and butt always hike my dresses up several inches, making them a little uncomfortable when getting up from sitting and it sticks to my butt or even just lifting my arms.
