The B

My mom called me yesterday and we were talking about my goals for 2017. I've always been very serious about making goals and I'm always reevaluating my life and where I want to go, how I want to get there and what is working or not. I've alway been this way, I don't know where it came from. My recipe for success has always been plot, hustle, reevaluate, repeat. It works for everything.
I'm getting clearer on what I want to do with blogging this next year. What I know is that I'm tired of sitting by and settling for fashion I don't love. I feel like so many of us plus women want something different in fashion. I'm working ya'll, seeing what I can offer. I want to push this forward.
My mom told me not to be afraid to step into my greatness. It's so interesting when someone close to you, who you value their opinion tells you something like that. It shook me to be honest but it's what I needed to hear. I love my mom, she's the shit everyone, damn near a prophet haha!
I've been chilling on blogging outfits because I'm really interested in creating my own, so that takes longer! I had a vision of an all fishnet outfit, so here we are. Let's all be bossed up this week, let's not take no for an answer and make some moves ++

Rich Bitch

This outfit has me feeling some sort of wayyyy, okayy!!

It's Friday and I'm super feeling it. These jeans and duster are from Shop Love Yourz, a boutique I've been lusting over for a long time. They have some of the dopest pieces, for reasonable prices. I get SO bored with plus size fashion and options so it's amazing to see some new choices. Ya'll trust and believe I'm working on stuff for us! I can't sit up here and complain, and not look for some solutions.

These little furry heels are from Charlotte Russe, for $20! I saw that price tag and was like yes, you'll be MINE. These are my new favorite heels, I'm so with it.

Have an amazing weekend babes! BE the baddest you can be ++

To be honest, I really love this little black dress from Fashion Nova. Funny story, I've always loved the clothes Fashion Nova carried but I was so mad they never had a plus size line. I would see everything and wish it was in plus size, so when Fashion Nova hit me up, I JUMPED at the chance to get some pieces. Fashion Nova is for girls who want to show off their curves, so I'm loving this dress. It has the perfect amount of coverage, the ruching is super flattering and the booty looks good, SOLD. Use my code: BWORDXO to get that good good 15% discount

Milk Shake

One of the many reasons I started blogging was I've always made my own clothes. I've always distressed thrifted clothing, cut it up, made it my own. I really loving do that. I always read Vogue and watched runway shows for inspiration. I never had the money and the runway clothes never came in my size so I always got creative and made my own. I haven't done this in a few years, it takes time and supplies. I've been really, really wanting to get back into it so I went thrifting the other day and found gems!

I'm so inspired by Rihanna recently, she has been slaying me in every possible way. The latest FentyXPuma line was LIFE. I would wear every piece. Riri call me! I drew inspiration from the color palate, the mono colored outfits, the athletic vibe, everything.

I've had these shorts and this hat for awhile, waiting for the perfect top. I always knew I would find it in a thrift shop. I wanted something sporty but also a little bit of a nineties throw back. This pink sleeveless turtleneck was perfect and the perfect color! I can't wait to show you what else I got at the thrift store and all the other clothes I'm trying to make. I absolutely love the creative process!
